As the restaurant management say about Yukti " Yukti is all about art and I believe that cooking is an art form. I started my cooking experience in my mother’s kitchen and since then I have worked all over the world. I want to bring that wealth of experience to you, giving you an authentic and contemporary Indian dining experience. When you visit an Indian home you are also treated like a king. We want you to feel that warm welcome here at Yukti, too.
We want to bring you modern Indian food that marries classic ingredients with more surprising twists so that you get to enjoy an original and enjoyable dining experience. We are proud that our ingredients and meat produce are locally sourced – we want you to know that the art that appears on your plate is healthy and whole some, as well as being supremely tasty. Our menu has something for everyone and includes a wonderful selection of vegetarian dishes, too. From West County Soft Shell Crab, to Grilled King Prawns, to the more classifications Chicken, our comprehensive menu is something I have been perfecting with my team to give you lots of choice.
Having worked all over the world I have learned from masters in the art of cooking in the very finest kitchens. Working with Raymond Blanc provided me with so much inspiration. Raymond is known for his love of fish ingredients that have been produced as near to his restaurants as possible. He passed on that message to me. He also taught me to be experimental with my ingredients and always be open to new ideas, but to also know when simplicity works best. I learned that my passion for cooking must show up in every dish that I serve, and that passion must also drive my team.
We hope you enjoy dining with us here at Yukti. Ofcourse, we want you to enjoy our wonderful food. We want you to know that you will always receive a warm welcome and premium service. We want you to enjoy a real taste of India in sumptuous surroundings, knowing that everything that is prepared for you is cooked with care and attention to detail. We hope that you come back to us and become part of the Yukti family, and that your wonderful city adopts us as part of its legendary
heritage."
