MICHELIN STARRED AMAYA BAR AND GRILL FROM MASALA WORLD GROUP OF RESTAURANTS

Amaya is one of the few restaurants in london boast michhellin star rating,they were able to retain it for years and still continues the high standard.

Amaya is part of the masala world group of restaurants owned by the camellia punjabi sisters.

Located near to London’s shopping district of Knightsbridge. Amaya has a display kitchen view were salads are tossed all infront of you. there is an option of six to eight courses, or at lunchtime an all-in-one platter may be the answer. A sugar-free pomegranate granita hits the spot.



Food concept of amaya is  the food at Amaya is prepared for sharing, for pleasurable moments and for excitement. The condiments are all homespun, including a tray of four unusual chutney powders presented to accompany the courses. 

The menu at Amaya changes with the seasons, along with favourites including the kebab, whether it spears a succulent row of smoky clove infused lamb or fresh seasonal fish; the seafood platter where prawn, oyster and scallop rival for supremacy; the finger-licking 

Punjabi chicken wing lollipops; the masala lobster, is delivered in delectable pieces within its shell and many more besides. vegetables are marinated in its own combination of flavours, including the griddled stuffed baby peppers with goats cheese spinach patties, the flavoursome jackfruit kebab, wok tossed spinach, a sensational bowl of tandoori broccoli along with a dreamy blanket of yogurt and ginger; a stunning layered build of chopped white sweet potato that looks too good to eat; asparagus, and so the list continues. 

There is also an unusual curry and specialty biryani, both meat and vegetable. The puddings are cosmopolitan in name but, as with all our dishes, the flavour is something else, including a lightly perfumed rose-infused brulee and an orbit kissing chocolate terrine with rasmalai.
